Who are the Knights of the Bassoon Musketeers?

The first Knight of the Musketeers

Maarten Vonk was a professional bassoonist and contra-bassoonist for 15 years. In the same time he've worked with lot of students. In 1981 he started his bassoon shop and now after almost 40 years and over a thousand bassoons later it is time to share the bassoon knowledge and experiences.
It would be a loss if this knowledge wound't be shared with the younger generation.
Everybody can learn and benefit of these experiences. And everybody will learn from each other, bassoon players as well as repairmen.

"With this community I invite other bassoonists and repairmen to share their knowledge too, for the benefit of all bassoon players and yourself".

Freek Sluijs is my right hand Knight 

Freek has a lot of experience in playing bassoon, and historical bassoon-related instruments 

He still is a professional bassoon player in the Radio Filharmonic Orchestra in The Netherlands for over 30 years now. Freek is also a composer and aranger for bassoon music.
